Now, agents are real quick to say “I’m with this huge corporate company so you’re safe in my hands” or my favorite “You can trust my expertise, my company has sold xx,xxx properties this year alone, we couldn‘t do that if we didn’t know what we are doing” meanwhile they have sold one primary residence or nothing at all and have never even thought about selling a secondary residence, assisting in a flip, securing a commercial property, or even thought about what they are doing tomorrow. This industry takes YEARS of hands on experience, crucial training/research, and trial/error to learn how to be the best you can be for your clients and to find your niche. I know you’re probably thinking ”Dang, this company is tough on new agents.” If you really are thinking that, you are correct.
