Savannah went over and above our expectations of a realtor. We had specific needs that even to us felt picky but we have our elderly parents living with us so our needs were important, Savannah never once became impatient. Everytime she offered us a house to look at and we said no that won't work she just moved right on with the same enthusiasm. She was honestly a god send, there was never a hurdle that she couldn't get us over. Because we live in another state from where we wanted to buy a lot had to be done online, we are not computer savvy people so she had her hands full helping us through that, she did it with patients and grace. As a person she is up beat, positive, professional and friendly. We were so lucky to have found her.

My parents started looking for a house in November 2020, with a different real estate agent. Them living 9 hours away made things a bit difficult, the real estate agent we were working with wasn't very helpful and eventually ended up ghosting us. A friend of mine referred me to Savannah. She immediately got to work looking for the perfect home for them. She was very patient and had no issues with me coming to view the house first and waiting for me to contact them with my opinions. When we found the perfect house she fought tooth and nail to ensure that they got it. The day before closing my grandfather was hospitalized and my parents were unable to make the 9 hour trip down to sign papers. She immediately got everything worked out so they could still close on time, with no delays. I can't wait to have my parents and grandparents close by again and am so grateful that Savannah helped make that happen!
